Family Scattered Sites – Applications for Family Scattered Site Housing (one to five bedroom homes and duplexes) are available in the vestibule of our Administrative Office, 315 14th Street in Bay City from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday or you may double click the link below and print application.
All applications for housing may be submitted in-person at our Administrative Office at 315 14th Street or at any high rise property office or via email, USPS mail or faxed. Click the “Contact Us” tab to get the property addresses and contact information. Emailed applications must be in Adobe PDF format, photographs of application pages are not acceptable.
